Excellent Service and Personalized Attention

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Reston and were impressed by the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The attention to detail and personalized care truly made us feel special. Despite the property being a bit dated, the excellent service more than made up for it. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and attention to guests' needs.

Hotel did not find my reservation feom book.com. I had to wait an hour to sort it out.

Perfect place, it was fairly clean and had exceptionally helpful and really helpful staff with a cheerful staff member. The location was peaceful, short walk to Town Center as well as the local business offices.

The location is great, close to other buildings, restaurants, the airport, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of free meals to choose from.

The room was in a great location and had a nice ambiance. The staff, including Sameer, Andrea, and the head woman for room service and head waiter at the Cosmopolitan and Syrah restaurant, were incredible. The food served was really good.

Convience of the shuttle service. Didn't have time to use very much of the facility.

Location of hotel was hard to find as it lacked street visability. Booked for 4 and only enough towels for 3.

I had a double room which was recently refurbished, exceptionally comfortable bed. And the bathroom was clean. Location: the hotel was not far from nearby Reston Town Center and the new shops and restaurants and many business offices are situated.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location, good parking, reliable shuttle service.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Reston in Reston. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was great. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen nearby for quick dining options. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi provided was a bonus.

The room size is big. They are very clean. The staff is very good

There is no public transport connection with the main area of attraction in the city

The room was clean. The variety of food for breakfast was great to satisfy everyone. The hotel was in a favorable location to Dulles airport and the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly nice.

The hotel was clean, the staff were EXCELLENT and best. Everything was perfect, though a few employees were poorly trained. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding. It had heated swimming pool too. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Van Gogh Bridge.

When I am in Reston, I like staying here. This hotel is a decent place for a business trip in Reston. The breakfast is served in the bar! The venue serves great breakfasts and offers newly decorated and well-stocked rooms with a couch and basic amenities and dining table.
